Fire Water makes a delicious bloody mary.
Fire Water (our spicy kimchi brine) was the result of customer requests! We knew that it was great on scrambled eggs, mixed in with salad dressing, drizzled on rice, or simply a yummy little shot that's good for your gut. Plus, a little hunch that a probiotic bloody mary with its built-in little kick might be just what's been missing in your life.
Here's how we made ours:
2 ounces of vodka.
Substitute half of the tomato juice you would normally use with Fire Water (about 1 ounce of each). No Tabasco or other hot sauce necessary! Bonus: no salt or pepper needed either.
For those who crave more heat, add about 1/2 a teaspoon of horseradish (or to taste of course).
A splash of Worcestershire sauce and your favorite garnish.
